REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. CANCELLATION POLICY To ensure fairness to all clients and the efficient use of studio time, we enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
Notification: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and deducted from your session package.
No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of that session.
2. REFUND POLICY
All Sales Are Final: Personal training packages and single sessions are non-refundable. We commit our time and expertise to your schedule, and we ask for the same commitment in return.
Transfers: Sessions are non-transferable to other individuals unless explicitly approved by management in writing.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the M Fitness & Wellness website and services (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Offered
M Fitness & Wellness provides health, wellness, and personal training services, including, but not limited to, in-person training sessions, live virtual training, mobile training, custom workout plans, and custom meal plans (collectively, the "Services").
3.Health Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk
A. Not Medical Advice: You acknowledge that M Fitness & Wellness is not a licensed medical care provider. Our Services are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment.
B. Consult Your Physician: You must consult with your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness, nutrition, or wellness program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or are pregnant.
C. Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily participate in the Services at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any risks of injury or death that may result from your participation in the Services, including in-person training and virtual coaching.
4.User Obligations and Account Security
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when purchasing Services or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Payment, Fees, and Cancellation
A. Payment: All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
B. Cancellation of Sessions: For prepaid, scheduled sessions (In-Person, Mobile, or Live Virtual Training), you must provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the session, and you will be charged the full price.
C. Expired Packages: Session packages have an expiration date specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions remaining after the expiration date are non-refundable and will be forfeited.
6. Intellectual Property
The website, Service content (including all workout and meal plans, videos, text, logos, and images), and intellectual property are the exclusive property of M Fitness & Wellness. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased products solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall M Fitness & Wellness, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1. General Refund Policy
M Fitness & Wellness offers the following refund policy based on the type of Service purchased. All refunds are subject to review and approval by M Fitness & Wellness management.
2. Services and Refund Eligibility
Service Category Refund Policy Digital Products (Custom Workout Plans, Custom Meal Plans, Bundles)Non-refundable. Due to the immediate and proprietary nature of these digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed. Introductory Offer (e.g., 3 One-Hour Sessions for $100.00)Non-refundable. These packages are heavily discounted and sold on an "all sales final" basis. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions. Prepaid Session Packages (In-Person, Mobile, or Live Virtual)Clients may request a refund for unused sessions within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the full undiscounted price of any sessions already used from the original package price, and then deducting a 15% administrative fee. Single Session / Drop-In Purchases Single sessions are refundable only if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
All Sales Are Final: All purchases of personal training packages (including Intro, 8-Session, 12-Session, 24-Session) and single sessions are non-refundable. We commit our time and expertise to your schedule, and we ask for the same commitment in return.

3. EXPIRATION OF PACKAGES
To encourage consistency and maximize your results, all session packages are subject to the following expiration dates, measured from the date of purchase:

3. Refund Request Process

4. Refund Processing
Once your request is received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
